If you're looking for some of the best ramen in town, Maru Ramen is the spot to hit! Every time I'm craving ramen, this is my go-to, and they never disappoint. I usually get the tsukemen, which is a dipping ramen, but I like to mix things up by pouring the broth right into the bowl--plus, I always ask for an extra broth on the side. The flavor is just unbeatable, and it's so satisfying every time. You also can't go wrong with their shrimp pops and chicken karaage. They're the perfect appetizers to pair with the ramen, and I never skip them. The shrimp pops are crispy and delicious, and the chicken karaage is always juicy and flavorful. Maru Ramen consistently delivers, from the rich broth to the perfectly cooked noodles. Whether you're a ramen lover or new to it, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend it!

Really yummy. My boyfriend and I like to come here for our dates or just before we go to work. Service is excellent, always a friendly staff ready to help. Attentive as well. The lighting is nice as well, very casual. Not too overwhelming. Recommend it here overall 10/10

Maru is literally my comfort place. Super cozy and lowkey. Menu is super simple and straightforward and the prices are reasonable. Always has the nicest staff too!!

For me - some of the best rice bowls and ramen broth in the valley. Service is also amazing - our server Tia was very friendly and accommodating!

I came here with a few others for a Monday lunch. It was very empty - there was only one other group there. We started with the garlic edamame for the group. After a bite, we promptly ordered a few more for the table. It was so tasty - quite literally the best edamame I've ever had. I ordered the Kuromayu ramen. I've had a lot of ramen in my life, but this is easily top 3. The broth was incredibly creamy and full of flavor. If you like garlic, then you'll be happy to know that they are not subtle with the garlic flavor. Everyone else at the table ordered other things, but raved about their food.

I've been here a couple of times when I am working in this area. Both times I ordered the Kuromayu Ramen. It was delicious and filling. Besides the food, the host/server is really nice and helpful. She gave me some tips on ordering the next time I visit. I look forward to returning and trying a different bowl based on her recommendation.

Betsy and Sheily are amongst the kindest servers I've ever had the experience to be helped by. My go to is the shrimp pop, it's so good! (Although for just 4 or them, the price kind of sucks, really wish it was 5 or 6 per order....) I come here often enough to be able to say that the food consistency is always on the point, and the service to this day hasn't been a let down, and hopefully it never is. Also, they have Sapporo on draft, what more can you want...? Just waiting for the day they have Sapporo pitchers...

We headed over here at around 5pm Monday evening to satisfy a ramen craving. The prices on the menu seemed reasonable and affordable, but we were worried since it's been hard to really find a good ramen spot in the area. The place had some customers but they were able to quickly seat us with their empty tables in the back. We all got the Karumayu ramen ($15.95) and thought it was awesome of the server to offer us chili paste on the side so that we could customize the ramen to our liking. The broth was super delicious and we enjoyed the firmness and smoothness of the noodles. The egg was flavorful and soft boiled perfectly. We ordered another one to-go to bring home!!! The appetizer we got was karaage chicken. It was juicy, scrumptious, and fried perfectly!!! Inside, the interior was super dim, especially where we were seated. I didn't like how dim it was because it hurt my head and thankfully they rose the blinds up when the sun stopped shining directly, which made it feel a lot better. We even needed to use flash to read our menus! However, the ambiance was nice with cozy Japanese ballads playing and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals!!! Will definitely visit again!!!

My recent experience with Maru Ramen left me thoroughly impressed with their Kuromayu Ramen and Japanese style egg fried rice. Choosing the Kuromayu Ramen, I opted to add spicy paste, chicken and an extra egg, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. The chicken was flawlessly cooked--juicy and tender, a rare find in many ramen establishments I've dined at, where dryness often prevails. Taking a chance on the chicken was undoubtedly rewarding, as it added a delightful kick to the dish. Moving on to the equally delightful Japanese fried rice. Despite some concerns expressed in reviews regarding the ginger, I found that mixing it into the rice rather than consuming it in large sums, as it's placed on top, allowed it to blend seamlessly with the other ingredients, enhancing the dish rather than overpowering the palate. Having frequented Maru in the past, I can confidently attest to their consistent delivery of delicious meals. Furthermore, their reasonable pricing makes the dining experience all the more satisfying. I highly recommend Maru Ramen!
